top of the page » When will my order ship?If you order prior to 2:00 PM Pacific Time Monday-Friday, your order will ship out the same day.
top of the page » How can I update my profile and account?Click on "My Account" at the top of any Padlocks4Less.com web page. Once your customer information page opens, select "Account, Billing, Shipping or Payment Profiles" highlight and re-enter the information you wish to change. Then click on the Save in each Profile when finished.
top of the page » Will sales tax be applied to my order?Taxes apply only to Washintong residents; a 8.9% sales tax is automatically added to the order. Shipping charges are also taxable in the state of Washington.
top of the page » How long will it take for my order to arrive?We normally ship out same day of any order placed prior to 2:00 Pacific Time M-F. Standard UPS Ground takes from 1-5 business days depending on your location.

One solution is to leave cookies on and delete them after your browsing / ordering session. Cookies are required in order for our ecommerce engine to "remember" throughout the shopping process to checkout.

Our bank accepts that check as payment with no need to mail us the check. 1. During the check out process select Check by Fax as the payment option. 2. Print out your order and fax that order along with your voided check to 425-329-2485.
